Villas Esmeralda: These villas have 4 bedrooms and a surface area that varies between 680 and 822 m2. The plot size can range from 1000 to 1700 m2. Although more compact than the previous ones, they still offer an elegant design and well distributed spaces.
Sapphire Villas: These villas have 5 bedrooms and a surface area ranging from 863 to 1034 m2. The plot on which they are built is 1804 m2 in size. Although slightly smaller than the Diamond Villas, they still offer ample space and comfort.
Diamond Villas: These villas have 6 bedrooms and a surface area of up to 1450 m2. The plot on which they are built can be up to 2466 m2. They are spacious and luxurious, offering an exceptional living experience.
Each villa is distributed over four levels: ground floor, first floor, solarium, and basement. This allows for an optimal distribution of spaces and greater versatility in the use of the different living areas. They also offer 24-hour premium security.
