This villa is located in Arena Beach, close to Estepona town center. In a quiet area and only a few minutes’ drive from golf courses, shops, and restaurants. Its location is perfect for sea lovers, as it is only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

The residence has been completely refurbished, from windows and tiles to kitchen and wardrobes, all to the highest standard. Its outside area of approximately 300 square meters offers a garden area with lemon and orange trees, a large swimming pool, and a sauna, it is the perfect place to relax.
