Villa Fitzroy is a property located in La Alquería, Benahavís, which is very close to the beach and 10 minutes to Puerto Banús so close to your location. The villa has a 24 hours security system.
This property is newly built, so is designed with straight lines and a very modern feel.

The Villa consists of 3 floors with the following characteristics:
On the main floor we find a bright living room with large sliding windows that allow us to go out to the covered terrace where we find a chill out area and the infinity pool with views of the golf course. The living room, being an open space, we directly access the kitchen and dining room. Also, the kitchen gives way to an outdoor dining room that together with the barbecue area we can enjoy exquisite lunches or dinners with friends. On this same floor we also have a suite room with access to the terrace.

On the first floor we have 4 rooms with beautiful views and direct access to the terrace surrounded by glass windows, which in turn has a chillout area to can be observed the best sunsets or new sunrises. There are two rooms that have their own bathroom for the total comfort of your guests.

On the ground floor we find a nice cinema room, gym and garage with capacity for 2 vehicles.
